The New Gift of mine

As she sat alone in the common room a couple of hours after talking to Edward,everyone else had gone to bed.Her eyes felt as though they were ablaze as they burnt so much.They had never hurt so much before.Her head still throbing.The pain had not ceased since it hard started whilst she talked with Edward.
She ran towards the window,looking at her reflection she realised her eyes had changed,they were lighter,they were a kind of golden maybe orange colour.There was a sound from upstairs.When a 4th year came down stairs
''what's the matter with you?''
''go away,nuthing''
''there is something,and i'm not going anywhere,you can't tell me what to do''
she turned around.looked her in the eyes
''Just GO AWAY.go on hurry''
the girl ran upstairs straight away.Had lottie done that? her head and eyes had stopped hurting,she was sure of it.Was that her gift?
She decided to find out by going out into the corridor where she knew filch would be wating
''Got you.Now you're in trouble,told them it was you lot causing trouble at night,but they never listence''
She looked at him.She tried to concentrate but she was running out of time.so -
''Go to your office.Forget you ever saw me.Now?''
At first he looked at her,then to her amazement he turned around and started to walk towards his office.
What a cool gift! but what about her eyes?
She ran to the common room to look at her reflection again.Her eyes were back to their normal dark brown.She then concentrated as she had just done.......Her pupils grew larger and dark brown turned into light orange,kind of golden colour.Close to the colour of her hair.
She smiled.
